TV Out support on BeOS
Matrox
OpenBeOs Matrox driver currently maintained by Rudolf Cornelissen

G450/G550 Basic TVout support was added in Jan 2003 and is included in the driver. You need Dualhead Setup from bebits also to be able to use this.
G400 TVout already existed and has been improved in 2003. It differs from G450/G550 TVout in that it supports other modes. G400 TVout is also included in the driver just the same as for G450/G550.
G100/G200 TVout in development, that is: can only be done if there's actually someone who can test it!!
Millenium1/Millenium2 TVout will not be setup.

"The only missing thing is TV-out support, which I cannot implement as there is no documentation provided by ATI.
I asked them about it, but they told me that this would touch both their own and MacroVision's IP (perhaps they are just paranoid that I might disable MacroVision's copy protection), so it's quite unlikely that TV-Out will ever be supported. The only missing bit is support of Video capturing, TV tuner and newer Radeons. As the cards I own have none of these features, there is little left I can do."

nVidia
BeTVOut by Rudolf Cornelissen should work for nVidia Riva TNT, TNT2, TNT2-M64, GeForce256, GeForce2, GeForce3. It will be included in the new opensource Nvidia driver later on, and will support all cards the driver supports as long as the TVout chip is supported. Those are:
Chrontel CH7003-7007, Brooktree BT868 and BT869 and Conexant CX25870 and CX25871.
The new driver will also get Philips SAA71xx TVout support.
