These are files that are parallel to PeopleFiles, but for things that happen, or more precisely, when those things happen. If people files are "who" files, these are "when" files.
Things that we should probably support to make these files useful:
- one-shot events - those one-in-a-lifetime events :-)
- recurring events: (n = 1 or more)
- every n hourly/days/weeks/months/years
- every n Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat (pick any combo)
- the nth x of the week/month/year
As parallel it would be useful to have a special event widget that could accept an event file as a setting. (Ah, now that makes more sense than the idea on the PeopleFiles page about a widget.)
