from different versions of BeOS with different(discontinued) apps?
Coverage of the topic of BeOS History done by Oliver "BizKiffer" Thylmann for 4.5 release on BeNews is now accessible on http://gm.benews.com/archives/00000003.htm, I hope he would be willing to grant rights to republish it in a Wiki form so we can have this as foundation for further in-depth research.
